Where can I find replacement watch straps?

Replacement watch straps for your Timex watch are available at on the Straps page. If you are having difficulty finding your strap, you can also order one by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-888-727-2931. Orders must be placed using a credit card or debit card. Your strap will typically arrive 7-10 working days from the date of your order.

How do I change my watch strap?

How do I send my watch in for repair?

Timex watches have a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.  Please see our warranty for covered items.  All In Warranty repairs require a proof of purchase.  To send your watch in, navigate to the Warranty & Repair section under Customer Service.  Click on the Watch Repair Shop button on the right-hand side of the page and follow the Repair Form instructions.  Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, a physical shipping address must be provided on the form.

Can I return my customized watch?

MYTIMEX are eligible for refund and exchange. Engraved items, however, are made specifically for individuals and are considered final sale, and are not eligible for refunds or exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us for further advice on 1-888-727-2931 or we are available Monday – Friday 9:00am-7:00pm EST.

My watch is sentimental. Should I send it for repair?

Never send sentimental or engraved items for repair as your watch could be replaced and the original may not be returned to you.

Can you explain your repair or replace policy for warranty service?

As stated in the limited warranty, Timex may repair your watch by installing new or reconditioned and inspected components or replace your watch with an identical or similar model.

Can you tell me what it will cost to repair my watch that is no longer under warranty?

Repair charges vary depending upon the style, age, and condition of the watch.

My watch needs repair. Should I remove the strap before sending?

Your watch may be replaced with a similar model. If you have customized the strap or affixed a different type of strap, you may want to remove it before sending.

How long does it normally take to get my watch back?

Approximately 2-4 weeks.

How do I track my repair?

If you submitted a repair on prior to August, 14, 2017 please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-448-4639 for a status.
