Review:
I really like this World Time watch and it actually looks better in person, on the wrist, than the pictures represent.
It seems a big step up for Timex and hopefully in the right direction since they took over the TX luxury watch company.
Pros: handsome look, nice features.
Indiglo and luminescent hands
Continent outlines and pushers for time zone advancement
Rich looking leather strap (Chinese made)
Intelligent Quartz with 6 independent rotors
Rose tone gold colored bezel and stainless steel add to the elegant look
Decent size at 44 millimeters
Keeps excellent time so far
Cons: for older eyes, the small city names are a bit hard to read.
the one sliding loop on the strap has some stitching on the underside that is a bit stiff and seems to chafe the wrist a bit. I tend to wear my watches a bit looser, so this is probably correctable.
Indigo light only illuminates the map and not the city names. Not a great big deal as it still allows you to see what time it is in
the dark.
All in all, a very nice looking and good time keeping watch. Probably more gimmicky than most might like, but it makes for a nice conversation piece.
