“Cute Teaching watch but Disposable”

We have purchased 2 of these watches, and both within 5 months of use have stopped working.
The first one, the dinosaur-style teaching watch was completely dead when it stopped working 5 months after Christmas. Rather than paying half of its price to see if it could be repaired, I just purchased another, but in the Sports band style, same teaching watch, and now 5 months later, it too has stopped working.
Also, the bands fade quickly. We would always remove these before bath time, so just the stretching and wear brought a dull faded look to them quickly..easy to read, cute style, indiglo!6 month lifespan, band fades looking dingy, loses timeThese watches don't last! I wish they could make it for a year but we haven't had that luck yet. Also they lose time - not totally surprising but disappointing.

Review:
I purchased this for my son. This thing was 5 minutes off per hour. They certainly will learn how to tell time with this quickly because they will be adjusting it every hour. It's more like a decorative wristband than a watch.
Pretty disappointing considering my first watch was a timex. It was made in the USA and IT WORKED!!it's a wristband rather than a watchproduct doesn't work
