  • Used the watch a few times and the GPS cut out on me each time. I'd get done running a good 7-8 miler and the GPS would read about 2 miles. After having many issues with the watch, I went and read a bunch of reviews online. There were more 1 ratings than any other number, in a 1-5 rating system, 5 being the best. Not only that but on Timex.com it won't let me read the reviews for this watch, pretty interesting... Also in talking with numerous sports and running stores in the salt lake city Utah area. None, of them will carry the Timex run trainer due to poor customer feedback and poor design/technology performance. And the stores that did carry them, have stopped carrying them. And most, of the stores have said in carrying the watch that a majority of the customers who purchased the watch most always return them due to very poor GPS performance and reliability. I expected more out of Timex, a watch company that's been around for so long and so many years. Hopefully Timex can step it up and improve the flaws on their GPS watch, or their next run trainer model. In the end, I returned the watch and would not recommend this watch. Which is very sad because I think its one of the coolest looking GPS watches out there. and have tried to be loyal to Timex. But not on this occasion. Thank you.
