I have always been happy with Timex products before, but this one was really disappointing. The heart rate monitor works fine until I start sweating. About half-way through my 3-mile run the heart rate monitor lock comes on and I cannot bybass it..comfortable, easy to readPerformancesee above

Review:
I purchased this product 2 years ago in 2011. I use this monitor constantly because of a heath condition: I wear it day and night except when I am in the shower. The battery lasted 22 months before replacement; picked up a replacement battery locally. I am on this site to replace the band. It lasted 24 months before one side split in half - but remember I wear it 24 hours a day. Hate having to replace it by telephoning their service dept. and giving my credit card number over the phone - not secure like a https website. Could not find a 14mm wide strap anyplace that was long enough to fit my wrist.Once you get the hang of using the monitor (always put one finger on the top half of the metallic rim) it is great. I also wear it when working out with weights.
