2 years ago my husband bought me a easy reader timex. about 6 mos after it stopped keeping time. i have never had a problem with a timex before and would like to order another (i must have gotten a lemon). my opinion: timex is the best. (but where was MY energizer bunny)?.Battery life, comfortable, easy to read, Performance, reliable, Rugged, stylish, Value, Worn all the timewith the exception the one lemon i bought, timex watches have lasted years and years for me. and they look stylish and wear well. the easy reader is just that, easy to read, especially the ones with the indigo lighting. the only watch for me.

Review:
I have one of those radio controlled clocks...sets itself automatically and is accurate to within a second per century.....I set my Timex exactly to the clock, and check one versus the other frequently....always exact to the second with each other. Great watch....I shelved a Rolex when I bought the Timex. Don't regret it. My Timex has Day and Date, also.

I have owned about six watches of this model because the style is so classic! Unfortunately, the band breaks about every two years (I am unable to find a replacement. Please let me know if you know where to get a replacement band) and if you get it really wet the Indigo part stops working. Still given the everyday, rugged laboratory life I give it, it holds up well enough and what watch could possibly ever beat this style?? Beautiful!.comfortable, easy to read, stylish, Worn all the timeMinus one point because I am unable to find a band replacement for it. Minus one point because when wet, the Indigo stops working. Would have given it a 10 otherwise. :) Beautiful watch.

Cheap, reliable, good looking. Currently on my third; smashed one then soaked one and this one's holding up so far. Will get another when it goes. Have always pitched the band immediately and replaced with a preppy nylon thing. Working in a busy real estate office my watch takes alot of knocks . From filing cabinets to drink machines. My Timex takes the wear and tear but keeps on going. A very durable and economical watch. Benn a Timex Easy Reader for the past 10 years!!

I love this watch because I can read it without my glasses on and that really helps a lot. The indigo light feature enables me to check the time that my teenagers come in at night without getting out of bed. I put a gold and silver stretch bracelet on mine and it looks very elegant. I have had a number of these and they last for years..Battery life, comfortable, easy to read, Performance, reliable, stylish, Value, Worn all the timereliability. Excellent value for the modest cost.

the title expresses my very strong feelings about the best watch in the world--not the most expensive--simply the most best!!::))-I've owned gold watches and chronographs--and they didn't survive heat sweat humidity and salt water spray and therefor were useless--the timex-for 50 dollars or less keeps excellent time and runs and runs like--well-like a fine timepiece---:))-up timex!!!:)
