I bought this watch in 2008 because of the simple design, good looks (without being over-sized and gaudy), and inexpensive price. Since then I have worn out the leather strap and had to replace the battery once, but I attribute that to use in varying weather conditions, extreme heat, extreme cold, and non-stop use. I have a drawer full of other watches that I don't use anymore because this is my preferred timepiece. It has stopped once or twice, but I just popped the back, cleaned the dust out and re-seated the battery, and it keeps on ticking. The indigo still works and the face crystal has remained unscratched while the dings and scuffs of the metal only add character to the overall look. I highly recommend as a travel, expedition, or even stylish watch.

I've owned two of these watches and the stem pulled out from the body on both. Nice look and good time keeper, but after noticing the time was off and pulling the stem to reset, the stem came completely out rendering the watch useless. Both were less than a year old.
