I work in the construction trucking field, hauling dirt and equipment and some manual labor. I need a watch that is unbreakable and low profile, to not snag on equipment.
I am on my second expedition watch since 1994. I caught the band of the first one on a piece of heavy equipment and had to cut the band to get free (not an easy task, by the way). I was unable to find a replacement band in any local store so I bought a new Expedition.
I hit the face of my watches frequently with tiedown chains and have yet to break the crystal on an Expedition watch.
The only faults I have found are the difficulty in finding replacement bands and, for some reason, the Indiglo lights don't last very long for me..Battery life, comfortable, reliable, Rugged, stylish, Valueindiglo light seems fragile.Timex watches have been the most reliable for me for 49 years. I got my first one for my sixth birthday.

I've been wearing watches from the Expedition Field series for over 15 years and I recommend this specific model without qualification.
I wear it ALL THE TIME!!
Simply put---Excellence!.Battery life, comfortable, easy to read, Performance, reliable, Rugged, stylish, Value, Worn all the time, with indiglo i can see it at night!It's a terrific watch at a great price. Why spend more for a watch that will be of less use and value? Timex is classic Americana--and I love that aspect of your product lines.

I've only owned the watch for a couple of days. But so far so good. It's a nive looking watch that is easy to use. I had a hard time adjusting the watch band to fit. The conecting pin was not very easy to get back in. Other then that it is a nice watch..easy to read, Valuewatch band

I hate wearing jewlery but I dont consider this watch jewlery I consider it a tool! I have had this watch for about 5 years now I think. It has the best clasp I have ever used on a watch band It never comes undone. The look of the watch speaks for it self It is proffesional and shows class both at the same time. Glow in the dark hands and backlit display when needed are a plus plus. Great battery life. This watch is simple yet sophisticated look and feel I have several high dollar watches including a Rolex and I will always choose this one I wear it every day. I do have a couple scratches in the glass but I wear the watch doing some pretty brutal conditions working and playing I like it so much I am going to buy 2 more just like just to have them incase they discontinue making this model. Nothing to think about with this fantastic time piece buy it wear it use it everyday You can't go wrong with it no matter how many different hats you may wear in your life.Battery life, comfortable, easy to read, Performance, reliable, Rugged, stylish, Value, Worn all the timethere are no consQuality,Durability,Cost,Functioality,Look and Feel
