If your Timex watch needs servicing, please click here to create new repair request. If you do not already have a Timex.com account, you will need to create a new account in order to complete our on-line repair form. Once submitted, print the pre-paid shipping return label to mail your watch to the address below. Please be sure to tape the label securely to your package on all sides. Once received in our facility you will be able to check the progress of your repair and will receive e-mail updates once repairs are completed.

In most cases, problems with your watch in the first year will be covered by the terms of Timex's limited warranty. You will not have to pay for repairs to your watch that are covered by the warranty. There is, however, a $8.00 charge to cover postage and handling as specified in the warranty (US customers only).
Never include a special watchband or any other article of personal value in your shipment. Please note that we may substitute a watch or equal value or similar appearance for yours on both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
For your convenience in obtaining factory service, participating Timex retailers will be pleased to provide you with a postage-paid, pre-addressed Watch Repair Mailer.
Need a replacement watch strap? Replacement watch straps for your Timex watch are available at many retailers nationwide, including Kohls, Target, Fred Meyer, and Amazon.com. Use our store locator to find the name and location of the retailer nearest you. Please be sure to call ahead to confirm that the location carries your watch strap.
If you prefer, you can also order a replacement strap by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-448-4639. Orders must be placed using a credit card or debit card. Your strap will typically arrive 7-10 working days from the date of your order.
