Your watch may be replaced with a similar model. If you have customized the strap or affixed a different type of strap, you may want to remove it before sending.

In most cases, problems with your watch in the first year will be covered by the terms of Timex's limited warranty. You will not have to pay for repairs to your watch that are covered by the warranty. There is, however, a $8.00 charge to cover postage and handling as specified in the warranty (US customers only).

Repair charges vary depending upon the style, age, and condition of the watch.

As stated in the limited warranty, Timex may repair your watch by installing new or reconditioned and inspected components or replace your watch with an identical or similar model.

Never send sentimental or engraved items for repair as your watch could be replaced and the original may not be returned to you.

Replacement watch straps for your Timex watch are available at Timex.com and many retailers nationwide, including Kohls, Target, Fred Meyer, and Amazon.com. Use our store locator to find the name and location of the retailer nearest you. Please be sure to call ahead to confirm that the location carries your watch strap.

If you can't find your strap, you can also order one by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-888-727-2931. Orders must be placed using a credit card or debit card. Your strap will typically arrive 7-10 working days from the date of your order.
